The runes are highlighted with antique gold effect and red glitter and the candle is fragranced with "Incense", a magical blend of lavender, ylang-ylang and patchouli. Ancient Scandinavian and Germanic people used a special runic alphabet which, more than just a mode of communication, was a collection of sacred symbols carved on objects for protection, and consulted for divination purposes.
